PVC good mornings
PVC Samson stretch

For Time: (25mins time cap)
1mile run (park run)

10 rounds of:
3 front rack lunges 115#/75# (adv.135#/95#)
3 power snatch 115#/75# (adv.=135#/95#)

4x20secs hollowbody hold
Calf and quad stretch
